Inside Diversity is founded by Anukool Sathu who is a strong advocate within the space of equality & equity.  Our purpose is to share our expertise with organisations and help build their cultural competencies at an individual and organisational level.

We have provided consulting services to develop organisational strategies, spoken at conferences in NZ & internationally, delivered many training sessions within the area of unconscious bias, intercultural awareness & communication.  We pride ourselves as being a leading spokesperson for social equity & maximising the benefits of diversity.
